Service Description

Sculptra is a Poly-L-lactic acid which helps stimulate your skin’s own natural collagen production over time. This helps strengthen the skin’s inner structure and increase facial volume that has been lost to aging. This treatment can help with correcting shallow to deep facial wrinkles and folds such as smile lines for a more youthful looking appearance. Treatment with Sculptra is a gradual process. Each treatment consists of two vials and 2-3 treatments are typically recommended spaced out over 3-4 months. Results appear gradually over a few months but can last up to two years. There are contraindications to receiving Sculptra treatments and if any of the following apply to you, please schedule a consultation prior to booking: - currently pregnant or breastfeeding - history of hypertrophic scarring or keloids - avoid chemical peels, laser treatments, or other dermal treatments four weeks prior to treatment - allergy to Poly-L-lactic acid, carboxymethylcellulose, and nonpyrogenic mannitol - current infection or inflammation in the planned injection area
